We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties

  • Respond to inquiries regarding available properties and property prices in different areas
  • Schedule appointments between agents and clients based on the availability and convenience of both parties
  • Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings are successfully carried out
  • Assist clients in filling out client personal information forms and ensure that all such documents are confidentially filed
  • Provide support in creating informational documents such as brochures and flyers to attract new clients
  • Create and maintain liaison with vendors and suppliers to ensure that appropriate solutions for obtaining supplies and office equipment are made
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to intended recipients within the office and make arrangements for outgoing mail to be delivered to the courier
  • Manage invoicing and payments by ensuring that all payment instruments are properly applied and delivered to the bank
  • Provided support in handling travel arrangements for property managers and agents
  • Insuring agents turn in all appropriate contract documents and saving them to the cloud
  • Assist operations manager will property management as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
  • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
Compensation
$25,500 yearly
