This position is not for those who are easily flustered in a fast-paced environment. You must be positive, professional, and meticulous. You also need a can-do and get-it-done work ethic and be able to change gears seamlessly. If you are someone with reception experience, great client service and can hit the ground running and able to multi-task, then we’d like to talk to you.
Skills and experience are certainly evaluated but, your personality, approach, and integrity are perhaps more important considerations. High-maintenance, humorless, or entitled individuals will not succeed in this position and need not apply.
- Be the professional first impression of the firm
- Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls, accordingly
- Greets existing and potential new clients
- Receive and distribute mail
- Real estate data entry
- Other administrative tasks assigned
- You must have prior office experience including business phone systems, office computer systems, and willingness for technological advancement.
- Candidates with experience in a law firm (particularly in real estate) or in a title company are highly preferred.
- Candidates who are multilingual are highly preferred.
