  • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
  • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
  • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries

  • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
  • Maintain agent accounts and update with new account information as needed
  • Manage an active group of agents (50-100 outbound calls per day)
  • Promote new company updates, training, socials, etc to our agents over the phone
  • Keeping the office and kitchen clean and tidy
  • Helping agents connect to the printer and wifi in our offices
  • Ordering supplies and marketing materials
  • Printing contracts, flyers, and marketing materials
  • Reserving conference rooms and checking in/out open house & for sale signs
  • Assist with projects assigned by the management team

  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to make 50-100 outbound calls per day to our agents
  • Outgoing with an A+ customer service approach
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
  • Able to thrive and work independently
  • Able to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve urgent agent issues
  • An organized approach and ability to work around distractions
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc)
  • Sense of humor and enjoys working with people

$16 - $18 hourly
