We are seeking a qualified new team member to fill our front desk receptionist/administrative assistant position. The full-time, year-round position staffs the front desk of the office and is the first person to greet all clientele. In addition to greeting visitors, you will be responsible for managing multiple phone lines and involved in administrative roles within the firm. The position requires an individual with a “people person” personality and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and professionally. Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and clientele
  • Answering, screening and managing inbound phone calls
  • Mail fulfillment & distribution
  • Office supply management and fulfillment
  • Document management – organize, scan, and file incoming tax information from clients
  • Assemble and deliver tax returns to clients through either paperless or paper/mail systems
  • Managing appointments and calendars
  • Proactively communicate with clients as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years administrative assistant/receptionist experience
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
  • Associates degree or higher is preferred
  • Previous experience in CPA or other professional practice office setting requested
  • Organized individual with attention to detail and ability to multitask projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional attitude
  • Tech savvy with strong aptitude for mastering new software applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs a plus
