Temp to Hire - Receptionist - Administrative Assistant

You’ll act as the first point of contact for the firm, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, handle mail and deliveries, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. This is a temporary position, which can be made permanent for the right person.   • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
  • Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
  • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
  • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
$13 - $15 hourly
