The focus of this job is making connections with people. The job requires a high degree of “selling”. The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated, and motivating, team builder and organization developer.

• Build Relationships with Real Estate Agents, Brokerages, Attorneys, Homeowners, and Other Relationship Channels in order to acquire off-market investment properties.
• Present, train and sell the GG Homes Brand to prospective referral partners while adding value-add opportunities to their businesses.
• Daily outreach activities such as In-Person Networking, Virtual Networking, and Prospecting.
• Respond and Convert Inbound Inquiries to Appointments and Eventual Contracts
• Out-of-Office Marketing and Sales Development Activities.
• Manage a database of prospects and clients.
• Analyze Investment Opportunities for their viability.
• Provide Daily Reporting of Sales Activities to Management.
• Maintain and Exceed Company Designated Quotas.
• Collaborate daily with a fast-paced team.
• Bring New Ideas to the Organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves.
• Visit Prospective Properties and Meeting Agents on Site.
• Communicate with Massive Optimism.
• Be a Problem Solver who thinks outside the box.

• Must be able to work full-time. Schedules can be somewhat flexible with advancement.
• A Real Estate License is required.
• Background and track record of success in selling is required.
• A clean background check is required.
• Driver License Required.
• College Experience Preferred, but not required.
• Must be extremely proficient in selling in person, over the phone, and online.
