We are a real estate team looking for a team mentor for realtors that are onboard to our brokerage. We’re specifically looking for a professional who has a heart for teaching and coaching agents through their real estate transactions.  

This agent would get paid a percentage of the new agents' real estate transactions and could also receive company stock and revenue share for helping the team grow!  

So if you’re at the point in your career where you prefer not to pound the pavement so hard, closing your own deals, this position would allow you to earn commissions and equity in the company!  

This position would be easy in the sense that sales training would be already pre-recorded and done for you, all you would need to do is schedule implementation meetings with the agents to ensure they’ve integrated the information and can perform the process on their own.  

• Be naturally wired to follow a process. This is important
• Effectively assist agents in learning and implementing the pre-recorded trainings
• Be a reliable professional and maintain your alignment with our core values

• The ability to communicate effectively and teach in a way that is easily implemented and retained
• Have experience with successfully leading buyers and sellers through the process of real estate transactions
• Great leadership skills is an absolute MUST. Leadership includes maintaining respect from the agents and team organization
• Be punctual and reliable by nature to show up and be accessible for agents when needed
• Understand Texas Promulgated Contracts and how to fill them out
• Knowing how to negotiate in a market post covid is very important to know how to compete in today's market
