Once you join us, the work starts right away. Our onboarding process will include:

  • Extensive training
  • Teaching you how to optimize your database so we can market to it.
  • Meeting with the Director of Operations
  • Learning all of the team roles
  • Going on buyer appointments
  • First-hand training and mentorship

Don’t just take my word for it. Example: We had an agent on our team for nine years. She started out as a showing specialist, became our lead buyer’s agent, and made very good money. For five years straight, she’s made between $175,000 and $275,000 per year.

Another agent started as inside sales. In her first year, she made $24,000, but last year she made $280,000. She’s increased her salary tenfold in just six years.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Technology driven
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Compensation
$80,000 - $250,000
