We are a small but fast-growing real estate wholesaling company that is looking to offer a great opportunity for a like-minded individual. We are seeking a Disposition Manager to facilitate the marketing, negotiation, and sale of properties held by and controlled by the company. The Disposition Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s pricing strategies, price execution, and overall management of selling the properties to qualified buyers. This will require learning, understanding, and implementation of the company philosophy regarding the analysis and negotiation of each opportunity to maximize the profits on each.

Our company buys, sells, owns, and renovates properties all over the panhandle of Florida, Lee County, and beyond. This position requires attention to detail, a high aptitude for sales and negotiation, organization, and excellent communication skills. We are also looking for a self-starter, who can oversee and manage a high volume of projects successfully with very little direction (after initial training). Finally, the successful candidate will have experience working in sales. A realtors license is NOT a requirement for the job.

The primary responsibility of the disposition manager is to market, negotiate and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline. This is a fast-paced job and we are looking for a high-octane individual.

This position can be Commission only (higher commission) or a base salary with a lower commission.


  • The position of Disposition Manager involves creating marketing pieces that get sent out via text and email to our established buyer's list on a daily basis.
  • Make multiple phone calls a day, network, join FB groups, post on Social media-do whatever it takes to move the properties.
  • Once the property has been marketed to our buyers, it is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of our properties from the interest the marketing generates.
  • This will take place through various means - primarily networking, social media posts and engagement, email and text, phone calls, and/or in-person meetings. It will also be the responsibility of the Disposition Manager of arranging the showing of properties to interested buyers as needed.


  • This person needs to have a sense of urgency and desire to do whatever it takes to excel in this position.
  • Adept at technology. The use of social media to market is a must. If you "do social media", please apply.
  • Ability to oversee and approve marketing pieces that get emailed out to our established buyer's list on a daily basis.
  • Experience communicating effectively and in a timely fashion.
  • Negotiation skills.

$40,000 - $65,000 yearly at plan
