We are looking for a talented videographer/photographer in the Knoxville, TN area to join our Real Estate marketing team. The position will focus primarily on shooting stunning videography of our projects, then using your post-processing software skills to craft a compelling before & after story that will be used in various marketing efforts.

You will enjoy a flexible schedule and can expect to work 10-15 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $15-25 per hour, depending on experience level. Occasional travel to Chattanooga, TN required.

Real Estate videography/photography experience a plus.

• Video and/or photograph our portfolio of homes to meet our digital and print marketing needs
• Meet with company leadership and clients to perform stunning videography and photo sessions
• Label and upload images to our in-house photo directory in a timely manner
• Shoot video and photos of the interior and exterior spaces of homes such as common areas, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, exterior, etc., showcasing the flow of the spaces
• Use your software of choice to put together finished home tours that have a high level of professionalism
• You may be asked to shoot videos/photos of company functions and other outside events

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow detailed instructions
• Excellent computer and other technical skills required to deliver an excellent finished product
• Have a great eye when it comes to color, luminosity balance, and overall photographic quality
• Able to work during regular business hours, but also be flexible to accommodate homeowners
• Be comfortable working with many different personality types
• Be able to present yourself in a professional manner as homeowners may be present at times
• Able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
• Be coachable and open to new ideas and processes
