We are seeking a Real Estate Videographer to produce videos for both our residential and commercial clients. Photography is at the heart of a successful real estate company for many reasons, but the most important reason is to help us stand out. In the age of social media and mobile devices, having videos can make all the difference.

Most of our shoots are scheduled Monday - Friday between 9 and 5 but you must be available if needed on weekends. • Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible
• Create beautiful videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly
• Able to edit videoes to ensure best lighting, contrast and high quality so homes are pictured at their very best
• Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way

• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that showcase our brand

• Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects
• Prefer real estate videography experience but will train
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
• Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography
• Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop

• Must own videography equipment prior to start
