The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video, and drone footage as well as experience in editing and creating a large volume of compelling real estate videos and images. The saying a picture is worth a thousand words’ is perhaps more relevant in real estate sales than any other. The best visual representation of ourselves, our properties, and our communities is critical in order to best market and sell our brand, services, and listings.

• Edit and manipulate videos to produce high quality results
• Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results
• Create beautiful videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly
• Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites
• Help in the creation of website and all social media content to highlight agency’s professionalism and properties

• Distribute and monitor content, including A/B Testing.

• Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
• Experience in real estate videography preferred but not required
• Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography
