Compensation and Benefits
We provide weekly paychecks with the opportunity to earn monthly & annual bonuses. Our benefits for full-time employees start in 31 days or less. Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
  • Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
  • Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year sales experience required
  • Must have or be willing to obtain CA real estate license
  • Weekends are required, both Saturday and Sunday (Days off are during the week)

Compensation
$50,000 - $120,000+
