Responsibilities

  • Be extremely attentive to details and organize your daily routine well around key contract milestones/tasks
  • Focus on the big picture to avoid issues and derailment of deals daily (think strategically)
  • Make phone calls and handle incoming phone calls regarding under contract client files
  • Maintain all files in a neat and orderly fashion for compliance regulations in Real Estate
  • Onboard contracts using our systems/platforms to inform all parties of key milestones and dates (create a common agreement on these)
  • Monitor and follow up on all transaction documents with all relevant parties from contract to close
  • Maintain constant friendly, professional communication and client experience standards with all clients/prospects
  • Create RAVING FANS by providing exceptional customer service with DIRECT written as well as phone/text contact to clients daily
  • Proactively initiate client communications via introductory email, phone calls, and weekly emails with a summary of activity on active listings weekly Update the database, client file, and associated monitoring platforms
  • Request/gather HOA and condo documents as necessary
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on all necessary documents for signatures
  • Update production boards; online and in office
  • Directly manage the contract to close system; communicating status with all parties Listing and Buyer Clients - Under Contract
  • Coordinate inspections
  • Confirm if inspection addenda is needed and follow up on addenda execution
  • Follow and maintain execution for all contract deadlines
  • Monitor loan completion: Ensure all documents from the title and lender will be ready by the closing date
  • Coordinate closing and walkthrough with all relevant parties
  • Manage and execute post-closing system

Communications/Interaction Expectations

  • Open/constant communication with Advisors and Team Leads daily
  • Prepare and present reports for standard weekly meetings
  • Communicate with all under contract clients via call, text, and/or email daily/weekly
  • Focus and intentionality while at work

Qualifications

  • One year of Real Estate Experience required
  • Driven by a desire to provide unparalleled customer service and create memorable customer experiences to create RAVING FANS
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, title, and/or mortgages a must
  • Candidates should be VERY organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Positive mindset, team player, and an attitude of can-do
  • Willingness to step out of comfort zone and a desire to grow in your career with us a well into other roles
  • Experience working with QuickBooks, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Excel formulas, and Excel documents necessary
  • MLS knowledge is a plus

Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000
