The Administrative and Transaction Manager relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Administrative and Transaction Manager is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. This individual will exhibit persistence and stability, and with time help steer the team and keep everyone on track.

An Administrative and Transaction Manager is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills while developing into a supportive leader within the team. 

We are seeking a talented individual that is also highly skilled in social media - developing posts and content for online marketing as well as print marketing.

The Administrative and Transaction Manager should be an enthusiastic fan and supporter of The Plourde Team and can earn bonuses by referring Shannon and Jennifer to their friends and family. 

Compensation

Full-time salary based on experience (range between $40,000 - $55,000). Health care stipend option as part of compensation. Hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm M-F and occasional evening or weekend client event. Eight paid holidays and accumulating vacation days at the rate of 1 per month (do not carry over year to year). Optional bonuses for referrals. 

Responsibilities

What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Responsible for client care
  • Oversee all contracts through closing
  • Create marketing materials in print and in social media
  • Coordinate the listing process for new listings
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Keep the Director of Operations informed regarding any issues that need to be handled
  • Design and print marketing materials/brand management
  • Write and send monthly team newsletter
  • Post to social media accounts 2-4 times per week
  • Update website

  • Director of Ops – daily
  • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – as appropriate
Qualifications

Knowledge Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Creative eye for developing marketing material
  • High aptitude for programs: Excel, Top Producer, Canva, Outlook 
  • Social Media “expert”
  • Great ability to focus, task-driven
  • Concerned about doing things the right way
  • Calm under pressure
  • Problem-solver
  • Able to keep many “plates spinning” at once
  • Service-based attitude
  • Proven ability to succeed
  • High school graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 – 3 years of service and management experience
  • 1+ years of Administrative experience
