Our top-producing luxury real estate team is seeking a transaction manager who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers by guiding them through the real estate home buying and selling process. You’ll serve as a liaison between the clients, attorneys, agents, and all other involved parties to ensure a seamless transaction while focusing on delivering a high level of customer service for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the real estate buying and selling transaction process goes as smoothly as possible
  • Serve as a liaison between the clients, attorneys, agents, and all other involved parties to ensure a seamless transaction
  • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
  • Communicate with clients to educate them on where they are in the closing process, answer questions and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans

Qualifications

  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • A learning-based mindset with a desire to grow - personally and professionally
  • Highly organized
  • Team player
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred

Compensation
$70,000+
