Location/commute: San Clemente, CA. Candidate MUST live within a 30-minute commute of South Orange County (Irvine to San Clemente) or North San Diego (Carlsbad to San Clemente) and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: Full-time, 8:30am- 5:30pm, 40+ hrs week M-F, some flexibility on the evenings and weekends, should respond to emails/calls/texts with an acknowledgment as needed 

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 

Benefits: Paid time off, sick pay (7 holidays, 3 sick, 1-week vacation)

Area of Focus:

Office Administrator 

You are the face to greet all who enter our doors, cheerful and inviting, knowledgeable and approachable. In addition to clients, you will onboard new agents, update all the manuals and procedures for company job positions. Your collaboration and support in the sales team with the Team Lead will be vital as you track and maintain sales goals. The opportunity to have focused coaching with the Tom Ferry group will be an amazing experience and help to enrich your understanding of our Team culture.

Transaction Coordinator

Every sale involves systematic transaction and a personal touch with the client. This role manages a transaction from the time a Sale is solidified. Open escrow then execute and manage all disclosures, keeping in compliance is of utmost importance, the Transaction Coordinator is the sole gatekeeper for all paperwork on every transaction. Managing 10-20 files per month, administrative organization and efficiency is key. Familiar with ZipForms and Skyslope and having done transactional paperwork before, a must!

Required experience and knowledge:

  • 2+ years of operations experience managing a Real Estate office or team, previously a Sales Agent having managed some files on your own, or previous Executive-level administrative support to a Realtor. 
  • Local real estate knowledge and an active real estate license are REQUIRED.
