We’re looking for a Commission Advance Transaction Closer who will be responsible for ensuring documents are executed correctly based on franchise regulations and requirements. You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be well organized. Along with excellent teamwork skills, you will be required to work closely with Franchisor, clients and the accounting department.
- Answers all incoming calls and routes accordingly
- Provides all customer support
- Explains Commission Express services offered
- Provides customers with all necessary documentation to apply for services
- Prepares underwriting package by using information provided by the customer and various research procedures
- Maintains customer files, filing system, and set-up for same
- Schedule transaction redemptions, review and send a complete redemption package to closing agent and notify all parties in a timely manner
- Routinely review the redemption closing process to determine areas of improvement
- 3+ years of mortgage and real estate mortgage closing experience a plus
- Substantial experience with title, survey, escrow, and loan document preparation required
- Prior closing/processing experience with various types of mortgage loans
- Experience at a major bank, credit union and/or private lending institution
- Strong quantitative skills, detail oriented and responsive

$40,000 - $45,000 potential
