Our mission is to create a first class buying and selling experience for all of our clients and we are seeking a Transaction Coordinator/Administrative Assistant who is passionate about providing valuable service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years administrative experience (real estate, leasing, title or mortgage preferred but not required). The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

We are seeking someone who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner. We are searching for a person who genuinely desires to help others and takes pride in their quality of work. This is a full-time position (30 - 40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, at our office in Vadnais Heights.   • Create and maintain protocols for data management and support to increase team productivity
  • Communicate changes and issues from clients to the rest of the team so they are resolved efficiently
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media to improve company recognition
  • Provide world-class customer service to our client base and vendors to achieve improved brand recognition
  • Act as a liaison between customers and team members for optimum proficiency
  • Create and dispense status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
  • Create marketing opportunities and events with our customer base in the community to increase company reputation and visibility
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skill-sets
  • Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Communicate clearly both written and verbally
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
  • Time management is important; complete changing tasks on a day to day basis with little supervision
  • Able to build lasting relationships with clients by providing understanding and effective service to their needs
  • Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc.
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
$14 - $17 hourly
