We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. The ideal candidate will love working with people and have excellent communication and customer service skills. - Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
- Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
- Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
- Should be able to research, gather and organize information from multiple sources.
- Enter client information into client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
- Keep track of transaction activity and timelines
- Real estate license preferred
- High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
- Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
- Marketing and Copywriting experiance preferred
- Knowledge on HAR, MLS, ZipForms, ShowingTime, SkySlope, and G-Suite preferred
$12 - $17 Per Hour
