Responsibilities


  • Assisting buyer clients with all of their real estate-related needs to include coordinating searches, scheduling and doing showings, researching properties, identifying potential issues, drafting repair requests, and clearing communication with all parties involved
  • Coordinating home inspections, negotiating prices for necessary repairs, and following up to ensure that each repair is completed
  • Supervising all administrative duties for the home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Supporting sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Arranging for and attending events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Checking each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Obtaining seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
  • Entering client information into the client database system and submitting appropriate documentation to file compliance and keep track of transaction activity

Qualifications


  • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Able to quickly learn and use new software that is unique to our company
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Intimate understanding of all necessary NCREC forms
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Effective use of MLS as required to service both buyers and sellers
  • Strong collaboration skills are necessary
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed


Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
