Responsibilities

  • Transactions: Take extreme ownership of managing the contracts, communications, and administrative side of deal flow for buyers and sellers. Communicate and follow-through with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure timely closings and a positive experience.
  • Listings: Manage all pre-listing preparations. Schedule, and at times be present at, appointments for repairs, staging, and professional photography. Obtain signatures, create, and upload contracts, MLS profiles, property marketing materials, and ensure our homes show in pristine condition. Prepare materials for listing appointments.
  • Buyers: Schedule showings, monitor MLS searches, run CMAs. Process offers through closing.
  • Executive Assistant: Maintain client database - upload new additions and create reports/sales stats. Prepare data/materials for prospecting and marketing. Take our administrative processes to the next level.
  • Client Happiness Specialist: Coordinate special events, client appreciation parties, and closing/holiday gifts. Help us shower our clients with love throughout the year!

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, organized, proactive, ability to prioritize
  • Real Estate license required (or willing to obtain upon hiring)
  • Experience in transaction management, real estate, preferred. Understanding of contracts, deal flow, MLS preferred. Executive assistant, event planning experience a plus
  • Willing to train the right candidate who is ready to learn, commit to excellence, and commit to our team

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 per year base plus bonuses
