We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process in three different locations. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. This applicant should be thorough, possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and have administrative experience. *Candidate must live in close proximity to New Jersey, New York City, and Long Island

  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities

  • Support sales agents and clients
  • Providing useful vendor information when needed
  • Work closely with the operations manager to ensure all systems are working seamlessly

  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service

  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, and transaction coordination preferred
  • This candidate must be comfortable working on various platforms and strive in a fast-paced environment

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
