Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

For our newly created Transaction Coordinator role, you be based in your Southern California home office and will work with a team of real estate agents, overseeing all the compliance and administrative details throughout the escrow process. The support you provide as a Transaction Coordinator allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and bridges the online and offline worlds of real estate transactions.

Our team provides full-service support and acts as the central point of contact hub for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth path to closing. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will take a central role in coordinating real estate transactions, ensuring that all details come together seamlessly, from contract to close.


Responsibilities - Supporting a team of Real Estate agents with back-office administrative tasks such as:

  • Answer customer questions, help coordinate disclosures, review contracts, and manage the escrow process
  • Oversee all aspects of the transaction from Acceptance date to Close of Escrow date
  • Send disclosure packages and follow up to ensure all are returned fully executed and in a timely manner
  • Process inspections for appropriate signatures through the e-signature platform
  • Manage communication and be the liaison between Reali and buyers, sellers, and cooperating service providers through multiple communication channels (platforms, voice, and email)
  • Provide a preliminary audit of each file for compliance
  • Partner with Reali Expert, Senior Project Managers, and Compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle


Requirements (Must Haves)

  • California Real Estate License
  • BA/BS degree, or high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a full-time transaction coordinator
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at working in a dynamic and changing team environment with a "can-do" attitude
  • Experience in real estate or related field, including processing transactions
  • Experience using email, phone & customer relationship management tools to communicate with clients & other parties in real estate transactions
  • Flexible hours including some work on weekends

Highly Desirable (Nice to Haves)

  • Experience with the following tools a plus: Docusign, Zip Forms, Brokermint, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Editing, Salesforce, Folio
  • CAR Certified Transaction Coordinator
  • Start-up, fast-paced environment experience
  • Mandarin / Spanish speaking
