*Compensation is annual, shown in US dollars

• Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
• Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity

• Completes all administrative tasks assigned by the manager
• Provide weekly client updates

• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience

• Native English level required
• Acts as a calming force when the team is under pressure
• Demonstrates a sincere appreciation for others
• Reliable and dependable
• Has strong rapport with those he/she interacts with
• Excellent written, oral, and grammar abilities
• Consistent and constant follow-up
• Strong eye for details, never let a spelling error slip through
