We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. You will be working with our senior closing coordinator to help you get familiar with our systems which will help in getting started in this position.

As Closing Coordinator, you will use your skills to:

• Process real estate transactions by clearing title, following up on documents required for closing, ensuring file is on track to close as scheduled
• Follow up with parties on transactions to obtain information needed to ensure files that are assigned to you are ready for the closing team in a timely manner
• Manage the progress of transactions that are assigned to you, ensuring we obtain everything needed for closing and that all items are correct, including documents, statements and calculations
• Work in coordination with other Closing Coordinator
• Most of all, you’ll be able to leverage the latest digital technology 

• Must be able to instantly connect with people, and lead by example
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Systems a plus.
• Enjoys and is good at detail work
• A supportive personality is key to success in this position

• Knowledge of the real estate transaction is key in this position
