Over the last five years, the HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh have grown from two partners and a vision to 18 full-time team members that have now bought and sold over 400 homes in the last 5 years. We're looking for the right person to join our team to help us efficiently close houses, help us bring an over the top customer experience to clients, and continue to scale our portfolio.

To start, your day to day tasks will include transaction coordination (working with title companies to get properties to close on time), working with utility and insurance companies, delivering top-notch customer service to clients, and helping us develop more systems and processes throughout the company. Ultimately, you can become the glue that keeps us together and have your hands in all departments within the business.

Key Skills Required:
Technical Skills: Efficient with Excel, Gmail, highly organized, QuickBooks experience is a plus, any real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and take 100% ownership in work

1+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant; willingness and desire to take ownership; able to take direction AND work independently of management.
Preferred: Ability to work in Office – West End Area of Pittsburgh; occasional travel
$40,000-60,000 a year depending on fit/skill
