We are searching for a transaction and listing coordinator to assist our real estate team in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from listing to contract to close and will be the point person ensuring clients have an excellent real estate experience. Your role is to provide assistance with escrow-related documents, consistently offer world-class communication with clients, schedule inspections and repairs, and acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, and thrive on growing, developing, and improving skills. Compensation: $50,000+ at plan earnings, plus 401k, Benefits and Profit Sharing

  • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
  • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
