We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections, and repairs, and working with title companies and outside attorneys to ensure a clean title. Responsibilities
  • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs

  • Coordinate with title companies, attorneys and other persons to ensure title defects are corrected and transactions are able to close

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred

  • Previous Title Processor experience is preferred

Compensation
$45,000 - $50,000
