We need a detail-oriented real estate professional to manage transactions from beginning to end—starting with the signed purchase offer letter and keeping all details in check until the handoff to the title, communicating with buyer agents, and sending transactions out for electronic signatures. If managing a high volume of transactions causes you to panic, then this position is definitely NOT for you. But if bigger challenges make you calmer, then you’re perfect for our team.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting our agents, clients, and third parties by reviewing and coordinating all documentation from purchase to close to ensure a seamless home sale
  • Communicating key process milestones and status updates to Agents and others
  • Audit for completed signatures and completed steps to move forward
  • Coordinate home inspections, escrow paperwork, appraisals

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of *real estate experience services including selling, administration or transaction management*
  • Tech-savviness to navigate a paperless process using a CRM system, Gmail, Monday.com, Brokermint, Slack and texting
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing deadlines
  • Tendency to doublecheck to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Strong customer service and communications skills with attention to detail
  • Reliance and tenacity to find solutions to problems
  • Someone who’s energized by managing a high volume of transactions
  • Ability to train in our New Hope office and then transition to work from home

Compensation
$40,000 - $48,000 yearly
