Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced diverse position that will include:

Primary Purpose: 

  • Coordinating all administrative steps in a real estate contract life cycle, to qualify leads via telephone, and provide clerical assistance on various other administrative tasks or projects
Transaction Coordinator: Responsible for the administrative coordination of a contract’s lifecycle:

  • Prepare a buyer’s offer or listing agreement on NJAR or MLS promulgated forms, for the licensed agent
  • Open transaction with intro letter to attorney, lender, and all other pertinent parties
  • Track each step in the contract life-cycle
  • Verify that all required contract and addenda are accurate and initialed/signed
  • Provide assigned real estate agent daily updates on status of each contract
  • Perform all contract coordination items with minimal supervision
  • Perform follow up, as necessary, with the attorney, lender, and agents
  • Maintain real time status updates in designated database/platform
  • Ask for Zillow review
  • Closing coordination with moving kits, key exchange, surveys, reviews, thank you gift, & stay in touch
 Lead Generator: Responsible for lead qualification
  • Utilize the company’s designed qualification process to qualify leads
  • Monitor & track leads using the team’s platform to maximum potential
  • Provide customer focused assessment of the client’s requirements
  • Call coordination; marketing campaigns; heavy emphasis and follow-up on lead conversion
 Other Duties:

  • Coordinate Pre-Listing and Post-Listing activities
  • Post Social Media
  • Extract MLS reports (example: Expired listings)
  • On occasion may show a property, on behalf of one of the agents
  • Participate in local real estate agency functions/event

Qualifications

Technical Competencies:

  • Licensed real estate agent in the State of New Jersey or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Publisher or Equivalent, a plus.
  • Very computer literate; will use web based lead and transaction management tools
  • Social media competence; will post on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
Performance Competencies:

  • Amazing interpersonal skills
  • Superb phone etiquette
  • Display initiative
  • Comfortable in fast paced environment
  • Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
  • Must have own transportation
Schedule: Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00PM, some schedule variations may apply. Occasional weekends may apply.

Compensation: $24,000 base + $ bonus per closed transaction. No medical or dental benefits are being offered at this time.

Compensation
$36,000 - $41,000 includes base + bonus

We need an organized, creative, proactive person to help run the team. We sold more than 140 homes last year.
