Resourceful, creative and tech savvy Real Estate Coordinator needed to assist busy, energetic Real Estate Broker in driving the company's strategic vision and growth in the South Florida market. 

The ideal candidate will be working to improve and innovate the client's experience before, during and after their search for the perfect home.


  • Managing clients, their files, inventory and databases while creating a memorable experience aimed at the client's word-of-mouth promotion of the company.
  • Input listings, prepare for client appointments, service lead generation systems.
  • Coordinate, develop and implement marketing campaigns and marketing calendar as well as track marketing data.
  • Prepare presentations; help draft email campaigns and other marketing materials.
  • Enhance the owner and company's social media presence through blog posting, maintaining an upbeat web presence.
  • Test and implement new ideas, strategies and administer day to day office responsibilities when necessary.
