Our Real Estate business is growing so fast we can hardly keep up. We have an immediate opening for a Transaction Coordinator with some executive assistant duties to assist real estate executives. You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office assisting our team of top Agents while managing contracts to closing, and working in tandem with the Management Team. We offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business.

Responsibilities
  • Work with agents to acquire missing documents
  • Verify and sign off on all documents received for correct signatures and dates
  • Completes all administrative tasks assigned by the manager, agent, client or broker
  • Ensures that the offer and counters according to the buyer matches the seller approval
  • Enter all necessary documents into the closing system
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Able to convey written and verbal information to customers and agents clearly and accurately
  • Experience in Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, Titles or Mortgages
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Respond well to stress and keep calm in all situations
  • Demonstrates highly efficient organizational skills
Compensation
$30,000 - $45,000 yearly
