We are looking for a detail-orientated individual to fill the position of Transaction Coordinator for our Real Estate team. This person will be responsible for the processing of all contracts through closing and maintain consistent communication with agents and clients. The transaction coordinator is responsible for the teams real estate contracts to meet all deadlines. Throughout the process, the transaction coordinator must communicate weekly to customers, clients, cooperating agents, and service providers throughout the closing process. They must also keep the agents on the team up to date on the progress of all contracts and notify agents when they need to become involved or help problem resolution. The Transaction Coordinator must be able to problem solve any issues that arise and maintain a diligent schedule to ensure all deadlines in the contract are met. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible to maintain customer service standards and obtain reviews from clients for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize our system to ensure contracts follow the Contract to Close process.
  • Start each file by reviewing all paperwork and following up with any missing or incorrect information-get it corrected.
  • Set all deadlines and communicate to all parties involved.
  • Set and follow a workflow checklist for each file.
  • Introduce yourself and maintain communication with client, lender, title and any other parties involved in the file.
  • Follow up on all deadlines and problem solve for any issues that may not hit a deadline.
  • Schedule any necessary inspections, repairs and appraisals.
  • Write and send all addendums as needed for signatures and distribute to appropriate parties.
  • Maintain client care standards obtain reviews for the team.

Compensation
$30,000+ annually
