We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our growing real estate team with our listing and closing management.
You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and love working with people. Real Estate experience will be ideal but not required. We will train the right hire.
- Review Contracts paperwork for accuracy and compliance
- Introduce and coordinate with all parties in transaction via CRM
- Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, vendor bids and town inspections
- Communicate progress and keep all parties on track
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
