We are a high-level transaction management team looking for our next Transaction Coordinator (TC) that would be responsible for the contract to close the process for approximately 10-20 agents (or average 40 pending files using our proven systems, processes and software). The ideal candidate is adaptive to different personalities and can quickly pick up on the agent’s work style while managing a high number of details. We are looking for a candidate who can work at a quick pace in a high stress, achieving a high production level with consistent results all while being responsive and providing superior customer service. Systems and detail-oriented with real estate experience is a must as well as a good culture fit to our existing team!


1 year Maryland real estate experience (admin, agent, TC, listing management, marketing, etc) is absolutely required.

General knowledge of the Maryland Real Estate contract is required.

Licensed in Maryland is a plus but not required

Office Hours Mon-Fri, 9-5:30 pm, may require additional hours and weekend work depending on the workload. The position is in the office with the possibility of being remote once trained and demonstrated proficiency in the position.

High knowledge of the real estate contracts and addendum.

Able to work from home or on your own - disciplined and able to self-manage. (Occurs after 90-day review)

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Process new contracts and manage each transaction until closing and assist other team members with processing new contracts.
  • Constant contact with agents, title companies and lenders
  • Track all transaction contract deadlines (loan, home inspection, settlement)
  • Initiate and track any outstanding addendum - knowledge of the Maryland Real Estate contract is required.
  • Order home warranties and HOA/Condo Resale Packages
  • Schedule home inspections and settlements
  • Weekly Updates sent to each agent
  • Miscellaneous admin tasks as required (marketing, social media postings and mailers, listing agreements, contracts, MLS Input)
  • Ability to deal with a heavy workload in the spring - may require additional hours on weekends and outside of the normal Monday-Friday 9-5:30 hours.

  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
