We are a high-level transaction management team looking for our next Transaction Coordinator (TC) that would be responsible for the contract to close the process for approximately 10-20 agents (or average 40 pending files using our proven systems, processes and software). The ideal candidate is adaptive to different personalities and can quickly pick up on the agent’s work style while managing a high number of details. We are looking for a candidate who can work at a quick pace in a high stress, achieving a high production level with consistent results all while being responsive and providing superior customer service. Systems and detail-oriented with real estate experience is a must as well as a good culture fit to our existing team!
1 year Maryland real estate experience (admin, agent, TC, listing management, marketing, etc) is absolutely required.
General knowledge of the Maryland Real Estate contract is required.
Licensed in Maryland is a plus but not required
Office Hours Mon-Fri, 9-5:30 pm, may require additional hours and weekend work depending on the workload. The position is in the office with the possibility of being remote once trained and demonstrated proficiency in the position.

Key Transaction Management was established in December 2015 and we work exclusively with Cummings and Co Realtors to offer a la carte real estate admin services including transaction management, listing agreement and contract writing, MLS Input and showing, and home inspection coverage. Our proven systems and procedures have allowed up to scale our business and grow tremendously over the years. In 2020, we closed over 1,070 transactions. Culture is huge to our organization.
