We are seeking a Director of Operations to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations and transaction management of the teams’ real estate transactions. This high-minded individual makes systems out of everything. They are very detailed, organized, and moves quickly through things. MUST have an active Nevada real estate license with at least 2 years of residential sales experience. They understand real estate, people and will always be the calmest person in the room. This person has strong negotiation skills, experience with full management of transactions, and is not scared to pick up the phone.

They like creating efficient systems, have strong computer skills, detailed oriented, knowledgeable on NV real estate forms and practices, managing databases, spreadsheets, and HAVE to be extremely tech-savvy. This person provides a high level of customer service and will connect with people yet doesn’t want to be out in the field. They can hold others accountable and understand the power of a team.

This is a long-term opportunity for a respected team. We want a Director of Operations who will be able to handle all administrative real estate tasks, improve existing systems where needed, and all technology.


  • Must have an Active Nevada Real Estate License
  • Must have at least 2 years of residential real estate sales experience
  • Previous experience in operations and full transaction management
  • Extremely Tech-savvy - Intermediate to Advanced computer skills 
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Please include salary requirements

  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
  • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
  • Real estate license preferred

  • Must have at least two years of real estate sales experience
  • Must have ani active real estate license

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
