We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale.   • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills

  • Oversight of all aspects of real estate transactions from initial contact through closure on behalf of agent (and client, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, other transaction coordinators, lawyers, vendors, etc.)
  • Draft commission statements for our listings and verify commissions for our buyer side transactions prior to closing
  • Communicate (verbal, written and in person) professionally with clients and vendors and ensure all listing/transaction tasks are completed on-time with the highest level of customer service
  • Ensure all documents are in compliance with brokerage and team policies (e.g., executed and initialed correctly, required disclosures are secured, documents posted, SkySlope files prepared, etc)
  • Prepare CMA's, listing agreements, and execution of contracts and addenda.
  • Data entry into relevant databases including MLS, CRM, web portals, etc
  • Prepare and obtain Smoke and fire certs
  • Coordinate showings and capture feedback
  • Prepare materials for meetings, as well as marketing and branding materials (eg) Thank you cards, flyers
  • Poll clients for feedback using surveys, email, etc
  • Capture and report various team metrics
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as required
  • Runner duties such as dropping off/picking up supplies
