This is a work from home position. We expect you to come in to the office or meet up online with us once a week for a quick meeting.

The focus of this position is to interface with sellers, buyers, realtors, title companies and closing attorneys on all pending closings to ensure that they close smoothly and efficiently according to the terms of the purchase agreement and/or assignment contract. The Transaction Coordinator will interact closely with all the above mentioned people and be very proactive in identifying potential issues that could affect a closing and working to solve problems in a timely manner. This position requires a great amount of urgency as well as critical thinking and independent problem-solving. When issues arise, it is expected that the transaction coordinator will resolve the issues, independent of other team members, in order to bring closings to a successful conclusion.

Additionally, this position is responsible for creating and sending out buyer marketing using email and texting software, our cash buyer website, FB, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, as well as other advertising channels.

Part of your job will be to build, cultivate and grow our cash buyers list on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
  • Daily review of each property that is under contract, and review with the closing attorney as necessary to resolve any issues that may affect closing on time.
  • When a new property is put under contract, you must ensure that all docs are sent to our closing attorney and that all internal systems are initiated in order to start the process flow throughout the company.
  • Solving problems and dealing with "issues" independently
  • Updating appropriate info in “real time” and as necessary in our CRM.
  • Sending out all buyer marketing in a timely manner.
  • Transferring utilities into and out of the company name as needed.
  • Buyer insurance for properties when applicable.
  • Arranging for all docs to be completed and submitted from buyers and sellers for each deal.
  • Managing various Social media sites and some direct mail campaigns to build and maintain our buyer's list.

How this position is evaluated:

Successfully executing the duties of this position mean that deals go from inception to closing on time, without any involvement from the owners, and limited or no help from other team members.

Also, The Cash Buyers List should be growing to help us sell properties quicker.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in typing, Word, Excel, Power Point and internet skills
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Calendar
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Must be a team player and get along with other team members
  • Warm, engaging, inviting personality
  • Must love talking to people on the phone and in person
  • Follow up with leads appropriately and consistently
  • Motivation to provide excellent customer service and experience
  • Great time management skills
  • Familiar with CRMs (Podio a plus, but not necessary)
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in social media
  • Ability to speak to potential cash Buyers, qualify them and maintain relationships with some of them
Compensation
$30,000 - $45,000 depending on experience, plus bonus
