We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator who is passionate about growth, helping us reach our objectives, and supporting our fast-growing sales team.

This position affords a lot of flexibility in scheduling and location. Most, if not all of the work that will be needed to be performed can be done remotely or from home. However, it will require an extreme amount of availability with little notice. Tasks will come up such as writing offers, addendums, listings, and scheduling appointments which will need to be handled with urgency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title, or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Must be willing to problem solve and navigate through various situations, and have the ability to step in and resolve concerns/problems to provide solutions for team members and clients. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process, from processing sales in our database to auditing and maintaining the related transaction file
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, agents, and vendors, being the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints and keeping agents informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
  • Supporting the sales agents in the maintenance, documentation, and follow-up of all their escrow-related paperwork
  • Organizing workflow, and reducing inefficiencies

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent in the State of Mississippi 
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly, able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet skills
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities quickly
  • May work remotely but must have a very high level of availability during business hours
  • Have excellent attention to detail, organization, and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities

Compensation
