We are a local, full-service real estate company and we are expanding our team! You will manage all administrative aspects of transactions from contract to close, including providing assistance with closing-related documentation, scheduling inspections, and communicating with clients throughout the entire process. Additionally, this position would answer incoming marketing calls and collect information from prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, love crossing off items on a task list, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with people.

We are seeking an individual interested in working 30 hours per week, with the possibility of the weekly hours increasing in the future to full-time status.

  • Review all new real estate sales contracts and confirm each document is signed and dated correctly.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys offices, real estate agents, and inspectors to coordinate real estate transactions from start to finish.
  • Work closely with our Realtors to ensure transactions are on track to close on time and that all administrative tasks are being completed on schedule.
  • Save customer information into the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities.
  • Schedule home inspections and any other necessary inspections to complete closing.
  • Answer incoming marketing calls and collect information from prospective clients.

  • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
$15.38 - $16.82 hourly
