We are a local, full-service real estate company and we are expanding our team! You’ll manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, including providing assistance with closing-related documentation, scheduling inspections, and communicating with clients throughout the closing process. Additionally, this position would answer incoming marketing calls and collect information from prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enjoy crossing off items on a task list, have excellent communication skills, and love working with people.
We are seeking an individual interested in working 30 hours per week, with the possibility of the weekly hours increasing in the future to full-time status.
