Palm Beach county based Real Estate Investment company looking for a highly motivated and organized Transaction Coordinator for our fast-growing business.  

Responsibilities

  • Real Estate transaction coordinator – Working with buyers, sellers, and the title company to get each deal to a successful closing. 
  • Client communicator – Communicating with buyers and sellers on an as needed basis.
  • Budgeting – bookkeeping and requesting bids for rehab projects.

Qualifications

  • Transaction Coordination experience preferred
  • Must be VERY organized
  • Must be a FAST LEARNER
  • Must have an outgoing personality and be a great communicator
  • Must be excellent with time management
  • Must be a team player and be coachable
  • Must be able to use a CRM system and very proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be located in or around South Palm Beach County
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously without supervision
