We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator with a positive, friendly attitude to assist the contract manager throughout the entire home selling and buying process. Responsibilities
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity

  • Handle all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Execute closing plan and follow tasks
  • Schedule inspections, appraisal, walk-thru, settlement
  • Keep track of dates and contingency periods
  • Report transaction activity to contract manager
  • General administrative work, such as, assisting with team events and overall support of the team

Qualifications
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Real estate license preferred
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
Compensation
$33,000 - $41,000 yearly
