We are searching for an experienced listing/transaction manager who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. You will oversee all aspects of the agents' transactions from initial contract to closing and work directly with our broker's transaction coordinators to provide the best customer service to our agents and their clients.
Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. You will also coordinate all aspects of contracts including title/escrow, mortgage loans, and appraisal processes. This critical position requires someone with an exceptional attitude who loves to serve others.
