We have a temporary, part-time, immediate opening for a Transaction Coordinator with some executive assistant duties to assist real estate team members. You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office assisting our team of 3 Real Estate Agents and a Marketing Specialist.
This is an established position that will have training and support from the person who created and perfected current systems used. You will manage listing files and accepted contracts and be the primary contact for lenders and the title company for closings. You will order inspections, gather data, fill in the missing pieces and make sure all the boxes are checked. We offer a great working atmosphere in a people-oriented business.
