What we are looking for: A driven Transaction Coordinator who is extremely detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments! They are problem-solver and can uphold a high standard of communication to build strong relationships with clients and third parties. They will manage transactions efficiently and deliberately to meet contractual deadlines, follow established processes, and maintain client satisfaction. They realize that their priority is to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire closing process to not only our clients but to all parties involved.
In addition, he/she demonstrates the drive, attitude, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to constantly learning and growing. The Transaction Coordinator must be adaptable to change and be solution-oriented. This individual must have a “can-do” attitude and will demonstrate consistent problem-solving initiative.

Compensation: $15 - $18/Hour + bonus
