What we are looking for: A driven Transaction Coordinator who is extremely detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments! They are problem-solver and can uphold a high standard of communication to build strong relationships with clients and third parties. They will manage transactions efficiently and deliberately to meet contractual deadlines, follow established processes, and maintain client satisfaction. They realize that their priority is to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire closing process to not only our clients but to all parties involved. 

In addition, he/she demonstrates the drive, attitude, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to constantly learning and growing. The Transaction Coordinator must be adaptable to change and be solution-oriented. This individual must have a “can-do” attitude and will demonstrate consistent problem-solving initiative.

Compensation: $15 - $18/Hour + bonus

  • Oversee administrative duties for transactions from contract to close
  • Lead, manage and hold accountable ALL parties in the transaction
  • Ensure the completion of all documents for title company, loan requirements, brokerage compliance, addendums, amendments, etc.
  • Update clients and 3rd parties regularly and in a timely manner
  • Audit documents to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Track all contract deadlines and ensure they are met
  • Comply with client requirements and brokerage requirements if necessary
  • Follow Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of the company
  • Meet with clients weekly to review active transactions
  • Maintain company CRM with up-to-date notes and information
  • Establish relationships with 3rd parties including frequently used title companies and lenders


  • Real Estate or title experience preferred 
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
