Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved.   • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed

  • Assist in planning and organization of client/agent events
  • Maintain accurate past client database
  • Errands including postal deliveries, signage, marketing materials, as well as local errands to assist the team in sales production
  • Assist Mortgage Lender with Credit Repair activities including presentation of business to other lenders, clients, and vendors
  • Understand and Guide buyer's in Credit Repair process

  • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service

  • Self starter, willing to go the extra mile even when not asked
  • Ability to learn new information quickly and professionally present information to clients
  • Ability to be self-driven and complete tasks on time without supervision
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate agent needs on nights and weekends
  • Ability to design documents for aesthetically pleasing presentation (How is your resume designed?)
  • Computer savvy with understanding of Microsoft products

$15 - $22.50 hourly
