The Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant is an individual who is willing and able to wear multiple hats! This person is very detailed orientated and enjoys running off of checklists to get things done. This position is very much so a “doer” in their role.

We work in Real Estate where the days are always bringing new challenges for us to stay ahead of. This position will help bring calm to the chaos around them by completing all tasks from setting up appointments to closing of a home and everything in between.


Essential duties and responsibilities Including but not limited to:

  • Oversight of contracts through closing/transaction tracking and executing.
  • Customer communication and relations.
  • Lead assignment and follow up.
  • Checklist/task management.
  • Writing contracts/amendments.
  • Assist with lead generation coordination, marketing implementation and administrative duties.

  • This is not entry level. This role is for someone who loves to get it done and serve their clients at the highest level.
