The Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant is an individual who is willing and able to wear multiple hats! This person is very detailed orientated and enjoys running off of checklists to get things done. This position is very much so a “doer” in their role.
We work in Real Estate where the days are always bringing new challenges for us to stay ahead of. This position will help bring calm to the chaos around them by completing all tasks from setting up appointments to closing of a home and everything in between.

We started in Real Estate in 2004.
To make the Real Estate process honest, transparent and fair as well as friendly, wise, helpful and determined. We came to realize the importance of assisting buyers and sellers “beyond the front door” by helping those in transition get plugged into, and become a part of, their new communities.
We found that by simply being prepared, plain-spoken, real and scrappy (a very underrated Midwestern trait), nearly 50% of the homes we dealt with last year alone, never even hit the market.
We do our homework. Which means our clients do not have a to do list.
We have high standards for our team and we believe in creating a structure within the business that gives us all more freedom and creates winning situations for our clients. We are fast moving and creative. We thrive on the adrenaline rush of finding and selling properties “off market.” This is a daunting task for most agents… but we love it!
