The Team has developed many systems and tools to help us achieve our goals. Learning to implement ideas is the responsibility of the processing of all contracts through closing. Learning to implement new ideas and assisting the Team in all areas of the business keeps this position evolving with new opportunities along the way.

Job Location: Charlotte, NC 28277



  • Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge (MLS, Zipforms, Docusign, Dotloop all a benefit)
  • Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Great time management skills
  • Highly organized and efficient day planner


  • Read and process all contracts
  • Maintain client files
  • Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close
  • Process completed contracts (Complete “Greensheets”)
  • Prepare addendums and coordinate signing


  • Keep sales team updated regarding their files
  • Communicate with Keller Williams front desk staff and market center administrator regarding The Team’s files
  • Responsible for keeping the team updated on the progress of all contracts and advising team members when they need to be involved in negotiations or problem resolution
  • Build rapport with co-op agent and/or their assistants


  • Follow up on all details, outstanding items, and requests for all files
  • Obtain preliminary Closing Disclosure/HUD paperwork and obtain agent approval prior to closing
  • Track and submit all check to office
  • Maintain all vendor and service provider files
  • Participate in implementation and constant improvement of systems
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Required Education: Associates
  • Required Experience: 1 year in Real Estate


$10-$12 hourly
