Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering training programs to help team agents improve their contract skills and stay up-to-date with the latest legal requirements and best practices, in order to protect our clients and win more deals
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance agent skills, knowledge and expertise in processes and procedures, in order to help all agents achieve their real estatee goals. Training programs would cover various aspects of the real estate process such as lead generation, prospecting, client communication, and negotiations
- Keen eye for detail contract review, in order to identify potential issues and areas for improvement in contract presentation, in order to win the most deals
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of professionals, from new agents to seasoned veterans. You will be supported by a team of experienced professionals and have access to the latest training materials and resources
- Provide coaching and mentoring: Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to agents to help them improve their skills and overcome any challenges they may be facing
- Stay current with industry trends: Staying up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices to ensure that training content is always relevant and valuable
- Collaborate with management and other departments: Working closely with management and other departments to ensure that training programs align with the company's overall strategy and goals
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License is required
- Strong background and a solid understanding of the real estate industry, including laws and regulations, contracts, transaction processes, and current market trends
- Strong communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively and clearly is essential in delivering training programs and providing feedback to agents
- Excellent presentation skills: A real estate trainer should have strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and motivate agents and during training sessions
- Coaching and mentoring experience: The ability to provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to agents and brokers is also important
- Strong organizational skills: A real estate trainer should be able to manage their own workload, create and deliver training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the industry, along with a deep understanding of real estate and strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in teaching or training, such as a background in education, is highly desirable in this role
Compensation
$35,000 +
